Jazz thrill: South African pianist Abdullah Ibrahim comes to Seattle

After nearly two decades, South African pianist Abdullah Ibrahim — known as Dollar Brand before his conversion to Islam in 1968 — brings his beloved jazz band Ekaya back to Seattle for a four-night stint at Jazz Alley.
